David Patashnik has over 15 years of financial management experience at large established companies and early-stage venture backed companies, including Ernst and Young, Nextel Communications, MBIA Inc. and Wired Ventures.
Prior to joining Legacy Benefits Corporation, Mr. Patashnik managed all financial and administrative functions as Vice President of Finance and Administration at Digital Railroad, Inc., a digital imaging software company. From 2001 to 2005, David was a Vice President in the Treasury Group of MBIA, Inc., a financial guarantor and asset management company, focusing on corporate financial planning and capital management. From 1998 to 2001, David served as both Business and Finance Manager for The Industry Standard and Standard Media International, helping to launch the highly successful Bible of the dot-com age. Formerly, David held finance positions at Wired Ventures and in Nextel’s Financial Planning Group. David began his career in auditing and consulting at Ernst & Young.
As Director of Finance at Legacy Benefits, Mr. Patashnik is responsible for the company’s portfolio management activities as well as corporate financial planning and analysis.
Mr. Patashnik received his Bachelor of Science from Rutgers College School of Business in 1990 and was certified as a CPA in 1992. |
