David Parker is a Managing Director of RBC Daniels based in Denver, Colorado. He has extensive experience working with companies in the media and telecommunications sectors on corporate financings and mergers and acquisitions engagements. Mr. Parker has been the lead banker on recent transactions such as Aquila’s sale of Everest Technologies to Seaport Capital, Level 3’s sale of their Midwestern Fiber Optic Network, Level 3’s acquisition of Progress Telecom, PrairieWave’s sale to Knology, and Q Comm’s acquisition of Norlight from Journal Communications. In total, Mr. Parker has led or participated in over 70 M&A and corporate financing transactions. Prior to joining Daniels in April, 1997, Mr. Parker was employed by Prologis (NYSE: PLD) where he participated in operating finance, asset management and capital markets functions. He also was employed by a senior member of the U.S. Senate where he held legislative and press positions. Mr. Parker graduated from the University of Georgia. |
