David Monahan is a Senior Vice President of DTZ Rockwood. Since joining the firm, Mr. Monahan has been directly responsible for equity real estate transactions with a total value of approximately $5 billion. Prior to joining DTZ Rockwood, Mr. Monahan was an Associate at Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, and served as a member of its Investment Sales Group where he was responsible for the coordination of disposition efforts on behalf of various Lend Lease advisory clients. While in the Investment Sales Group, Mr. Monahan participated in over $1.5 billion of asset sales. Prior to joining Lend Lease, Mr. Monahan was a Senior Analyst with COMPASS Management & Leasing at Peachtree Center, a 2.4 million square foot mixed-use project in downtown Atlanta.
