With over twenty years of technology management experience, Dave has led the development and implementation of many complex, state-of-the-art systems. At CRM Technology, Dave is responsible for all back office functions including Finance, Accounting and Human Resources. Prior to co-founding CRM Technology, Dave held management positions at 3Com and Compaq Computers where he oversaw successful rollouts of global CRM solutions. Dave specializes in managing challenging technology projects including web, middleware, wireless, telephony and application performance tuning. Dave has extensive hands-on experience implementing CRM solutions from software vendors such as Siebel, Clarify and Peoplesoft. Dave holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Minor in Computer Science from California State University, Hayward. |
