David Makarechian is our outside General Counsel. In this capacity he functions as our chief legal advisor. David is also the Company Secretary. David David is a partner with the international law firm of O’Melveny & Myers LLP.
David served as our Vice President and General Counsel from 2006-2008, having joined us from O’Melveny & Myers. Prior to O’Melveny, David was a partner at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in Palo Alto, California. |
