Mr. Lowry founded Cornus Corporation in 1997 with a clear vision. After more than 25 years in senior management positions, he fully understood how critical accurate and timely information is to making solid business decisions. He also had experienced the frustration top managers feel at information overload, and at the same time how difficult it can be to get just the right information when you need it most. His vision was to create an information delivery vehicle that would make it easy for executives to have immediate visibility into their key performance indicators. As Chairman and President of Cornus, his vision drives the evolution of the company's flagship product, Guide+.Net. In addition to being the company's primary technical visionary, Mr. Lowry manages the growing Cornus operation. Prior to founding Cornus, Mr. Lowry was CEO of Data Design Associates, Inc. for seventeen years, where he also served as the primary architect of DDA's financial application systems. Under his guidance, DDA developed a strong reputation for the quality of its product engineering and excellent customer support, achieving 100% customer satisfaction among its 1,200 customers which included many of the largest financial, industrial and service firms in North America. Earlier in his career, he held senior level and technical management positions with Management Science America and Western Electric. Mr. Lowry holds an MBA from the University of Oregon. |
