Previously Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer of Fidelity Biosciences and President and Chief Executive Officer of EnVivo Pharmaceuticals Inc. a Fidelity Company More than twenty years of senior R&D management experience including with Sandoz Ltd (now Novartis) Bayer AG and most recently with Roche Bioscience as Vice President and CNS Therapeutic Head David A. Lowe Ph.D. Chief Scientific Officer and Director. From 2002 to 2004 Dr. Lowe served as Executive Vice President and Chief Scientific Officer at Fidelity Biosciences Group a division of Fidelity Investments where he was responsible for evaluating investment opportunities and technology platforms of biotech companies focusing primarily on companies that target central nervous system diseases. In addition since October 2002 Dr. Lowe served as President and Chief Executive Officer of EnVivo Pharmaceuticals Inc. a CNS drug-discovery company managed and financed by Fidelity Biosciences. From 2000-2002 Dr. Lowe served as Vice President and Therapeutic Area Head Central Nervous System at Roche Bioscience. From 1995 to 2000 Dr. Lowe served as Vice President and Global Head of Central Nervous System Research Pharmaceutical Division at Bayer AG. Dr. Lowe is the author/co-author of more than fifty scientific publications and is listed as an inventor on several pending patent applications. Dr. Lowe received his Ph.D. in Neurobiology from the University of Leeds in 1972 and his Bachelor of Science (Hons.) from the University of Bristol in 1967.
