Mr. Lee has responsibility for finance and accounting, operational and financial agreements and contracts. He joined with Mr. Dolan in 1997. From 1996-1997 he was Chief Financial Officer of American Tower Systems, Inc. (now ATC). From 1987-1995 he was a principal with Pegasus Media & Communications and its predecessor companies involved in the acquisition and operation of broadcasting, cable, publishing, direct broadcast satellite and wireless communications businesses. He created and managed Pegasus Towers, LP, a tower leasing company, from its inception in 1991. Mr. Lee was a founder and partner of Skyline Communications, LP until its merger with American Tower in 1996. Mr. Lee is a 1982 graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Darden School of the University of Virginia in 1987. |
