Mr. Kastin joined Town Sports International in 2007 following a legal career of fifteen years in government private law firm and in-house counsel positions. David began his professional career in 1992 as a Staff Attorney with the U. S. Securities and Exchange Commission in New York. After holding an Associate position in Corporate and Securities law with Bryan Cave LLP in New York he joined Toys R Us a NYSE company with 1 500 stores and $12B in annual revenues as Corporate Counsel and was promoted to Vice President/Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary in 2004. David is a graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York where he received his JD and The George Washington University Washington D.C. where he graduated with a B.B.A. degree in Finance. He is admitted to the NJ and NY Bar Associations and the Federal Bar Association. |
