David is a seasoned business lawyer, with over twenty-five years experience in corporate and securities transactions, advisory and disputed matters involving a wide range of private and public companies and their boards of directors and executive officers. He is the Managing Director and Co-founder of Ivory Advisors, LLC, a private equity and advisory firm and the Chairman of the Board and co-founder of the Octogon Group, LLC. He was the Interim President and CEO of Bob Timberlake, Inc and he served on the board of Food Lion, Inc.David is also active in the Society of International Business Fellows - Member of Board of Directors and North Carolina State Chairman and Chairman of the Board’s Corporate Governance Committee. He is also a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
