David Jakubowski joined Specific Media in 2007 as Senior Vice President. In his role, David is responsible for business development, M&As and facilitating growth through operations. David has extensive business development experience in search, online advertising, marketing and acquisition. Prior to Specific Media, David served as General Manager of Microsoft adCenter and Search Strategy, focusing on product management and business development. Before joining Microsoft, Jakubowski was Senior Vice President of Quigo Technologies Inc., where he was principally responsible for building out the business units, expanding the client base, increasing revenue growth, and overseeing marketing and customer acquisition. Under his guidance, Quigo grew from a small startup with little revenue to one of the largest search engine marketers in the space and one of Google Inc.'s largest competitors in the contextual space. Jakubowski holds a BA degree from Binghamton University.
