David Harkness serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer for PNM Resources. Harkness oversees the management and development of all business technology for PNM, Texas-New Mexico Power, First Choice Power and the newly formed EnergyCo.
This includes the first data center in the United States to achieve LEED Silver certification for environmental stewardship. Harkness also supports the capital allocation process through PNM Resources resource council and corporate-wide council of vice presidents.
Since joining PNM Resources in 2003, Harkness has held a number of key leadership positions within the company, including serving as aide to the PNM Resources CEO.
