Mr. Harkness, 62, has served as a member of our board of directors since September 1999. Mr. Harkness has been employed by Nielsen Media Research and The Nielsen Company since 1975, and currently serves as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Alliances, of The Nielsen Company’s Media Measurement and Information Segment.
