David Gullickson, a Certified Public Accountant, serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He has served as Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Tejas Power Corporation and as a consultant to public companies, focusing on financial reporting, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance.
