Dave joined ProObject in 2001 as a Senior Software Engineer. He has over 20 years experience developing innovative solutions to solve today’s most daunting technological challenges. As a Government employee of 17 years, the decision to resign and start a new career in the commercial sector was the hardest decision of his life. Dave states, In retrospect, it was absolutely the correct decision! ProObject is a great place to work. It has provided challenges and opportunities I could have never imagined. Another product of ProObject employee empowerment program, Dave has received constant guidance and encouragement to help realize his goal of leading a practice. As leader for the Enterprise Software Engineering practice, Dave is focused on developing a team of experts passionate in leading edge enterprise technologies, establishing new business opportunities, and creating partnerships with leading vendors. Dave resides in Severna Park with his wife and two children. He is very active in his community. He is a commissioner and coach for the Broadneck Area Youth Sports (BAYS) basketball program. He also served as the president and treasurer of his local community homeowner’s association. He was an advisor in the Anne Arundel County School program to connect all schools to the Internet. Dave earned his B.S in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He earned his Master degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. As a self professed life long student, Dave is continuously updating his skills through self study, formal classes and attending conferences. Dave is a certified Rational OOAD Consultant, Sun Business Component Developer, and Sun Java Programmer |
