David Garrett is the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. He is a CPA and an MBA with 27 years of broad financial experience in Silicon Valley’s high-tech industry. He started his career with four years at Price Waterhouse in San Jose, followed by four years at Fairchild Semiconductor, as Director of Cost Accounting. Eventually he become the CFO of several VC backed high tech start ups, including Kalpana, a very successful networking switch innovator that was acquired by Cisco in 1994, and Epigram a high speed home networking semiconductor pioneer which was acquired by Broadcom in 1999. In 1995 through 1997, David was Director of Financial Reporting for Cisco, managing their general accounting department, the world-wide financial consolidation, and all external reporting. David has a BS degree in Accounting and an MBA degree from Florida State University |
