As President and Chief Operating Officer for Rannoch Corporation, Dave is responsible for providing vision, leadership and strategic direction to Rannoch’s Air Traffic Control, Airport Management and Military businesses. He has more than 25 years business experience, holding board, advisory, C-level and many senior executive positions. He has extensive experience in all facets of business operations including sales, marketing, research and development, customer support and international operations.Prior to joining Rannoch, Dave was Senior Vice President for Product Development at CA (formerly Computer Associates) responsible for strategic planning and product development of CA’s extensive line of Storage and Information Management products. Dave joined CA through the successful acquisition of iLumin Software Services, Inc. where he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and Board Director. While at iLumin and responsible for all business operations, Dave also served as the strategist and catalyst behind iLumin’s M&A strategy which included 8 deals in 4 years. Previously he served as Chief Technology Officer for Disclosure, Inc. (acquired by Primark Corporation) and went on to serve as Primark’s Chief Information Officer and as Chief Technology Officer for Primark Financial in London, England, leading a large-scale, global, real-time operation of over 800 technology professionals serving Primark’s thousands of Customers and millions of end-users, overseeing Primark’s $100 million annual investment in products, services and infrastructure.Dave holds Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Finance and Computer Information Systems from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
