Mr. Childers is a member of the Ethics Officers Association, the National Association of Corporate Directors, and is a charter member of the Open Compliance and Ethics Group (OCEG), a coalition of the nation's business leaders assembled to develop compliance standards and guidelines. Mr. Childers also serves on the OCEG steering and technology committees, where he is responsible for the development of reporting guidelines and best practices. He is a frequent lecturer to colleges and universities on the subject of business ethics. |
