David Caulkins has joined Granite Community Bank serving as the Chief Financial Officer. He has 13 years bank experience most recently working as an Accounting Specialist for Western Sierra Bank in Cameron Park. Prior to this he was with Timberline Bank in Yreka. David has almost 30 years of experience in the areas of audit preparation budgeting and compliance with federal and state regulations. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1971 and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at San Diego State College San Diego. David has over 25 years of public service work serving on the Yreka City Council for 10 years and as mayor for two years. In addition he has served on city commissions and has been a Rotarian for the past 25 years. David also worked for College of the Siskiyous as an adjunct instructor. |
