David Bortnem oversees 640 MasterCuts salons. Before joining Regis, he worked at W.W. Grainger for seven years in a number of Operations, Systems and Quality positions. He joined Regis in 1998 as Salon Director. In 2000, Bortnem was promoted to VP of Operations for the Regis Division, and in 2003 he assumed the same position in MasterCuts. In 2006, he was promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer of MasterCuts.
Bortnem holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Business Administration from St. Thomas University. |
