David studied chemistry at Brasenose College, Oxford where he specialised in Chemical Pharmacology. He subsequently joined the Manchester office of Price Waterhouse, where he spent four years in the firm's corporate finance department after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1987. He has developed a portfolio career, holding senior financial positions within a variety of SME's undergoing organisational change and development and since 1997 has specialised in working with early stage technology companies. David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute's corporate finance and management faculties. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Manchester Business School. |
