Mr. Bailey joined International Paper in 1968 and has held various levels of responsibility within that company. Currently he is the Managing Director of International Paper Eastern Europe with headquarters in Warsaw Poland. Mr. Bailey is responsible for the manufacturing facilities located in Poland and Russia with sales across the region of over $800 million and 6 000 employees. He currently is on the board of directors for the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland Litewska Children's Hospital Foundation United Way Poland and is a member of the Polish Business Roundtable. Mr. Bailey served in the United States Army and graduated with a chemical engineering degree from Oregon State University. |
