Dave Arnold is vice president of customer service for ONEOK Distribution Companies where he provides support and direction to help define and improve quality customer service in all areas for ONEOK's three natural gas utilities Oklahoma Natural Gas Kansas Gas Service and Texas Gas Service.
Arnold began his utility career with Kansas Power & Light Company in 1981 as a division engineer in Manhattan Kansas. He held jobs of increasing responsibility until being named vice president of customer service for Kansas Gas Service in late 1997. In 2003 he was named vice president of administration for Oklahoma Natural Gas Company the job he held until his most recent promotion.
Arnold is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and has been active in the United Way. He is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City.
After growing up in Larned Kansas Arnold earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Kansas State University in 1981. |
