David Allworth is the Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Allworth has over 22 years experience in corporate financial management and accounting. Prior to joining IET in January 2002, Mr. Allworth was the Vice President Finance for Integrated Measurement Systems, Inc., a global manufacturer of advanced semiconductor test equipment and software. From 1988 through 1995, Mr. Allworth held a variety of management positions with Mentor Graphics Corporation, a multi-national software company. Mr. Allworth's responsibilities have included strategic planning, financial analysis, international tax & finance, treasury management and investor relations. In addition, Mr. Allworth had key management roles in successful implementations of both Oracle and SAP software applications, and coordinated numerous activities relating to two public stock offerings. He is a CPA, having practiced with KMG Main Hurdman prior to that firm merging into KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds a BS in Business Administration from Oregon State University. |
