David W. Scheible, 50, was appointed as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Graphic Packaging Corporation and Graphic Packaging International, Inc. on January 1, 2007. Prior to that time, Mr. Scheible had served as Chief Operating Officer of such companies since October 2004. Mr. Scheible served as Executive Vice President of Commercial Operations from the closing of the Merger in August 2003 until October 2004. Mr. Scheible served as Graphic Packaging International Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer from 1999 until the closing of the Merger. He also served as President of Graphic Packaging International Corporation’s Flexible Division from January to June 1999. Previously, Mr. Scheible was affiliated with the Avery Denison Corporation, working most recently as its Vice President and General Manager of the Specialty Tape Automotive Division from 1995 through 1999 and Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Division from 1993 to 1995. |
