David W. Lowden is a special counsel with a practice in the fields of corporate, securities and commercial law, representing both public and private companies and investors.

Mr. Lowden has represented entities engaged in the production or marketing of a range of products including consumer electronics; office and computer supplies; pharmaceuticals; chemicals and flavors; plastics; and automobiles.

He also has expertise in the laws and regulations affecting nonprofit organizations, including museums and other charities, and has taken an active role in the firm’s Public Service Project in counseling tax-exempts.
