David W. Grzebinski, CFA, was named to the position of Treasurer effective January 1, 2005. He had been Director of Industry Relations and Global SAP for FMC Technologies’ energy businesses since August 2003. As Treasurer, Mr. Grzebinski is responsible for worldwide cash management, banking relationships, capital structure, risk management and insurance programs, pension investments and funding, and foreign exchange management. Prior to being appointed Director of Industry Relations and Global SAP, Mr. Grzebinski served as Director of Corporate Development and Investor Relations for FMC Technologies. He also managed FMC Technologies’ pension funds. Mr. Grzebinski joined FMC Technologies’ former parent company, FMC Corporation, in 1998. He was FMC’s Director of Capital Markets and Pensions prior to being named to his corporate development and investor relations position with FMC Technologies in 2001. Prior to joining FMC, Mr. Grzebinski was employed by The Dow Chemical Company. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation of the Association for Investment Management and Research. |
