David W. Fox is a retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Northern Trust Corporation and The Northern Trust Company, a banking and financial services firm. Mr. Fox is a former director of The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and the Chicago Central Area Committee. He is a former Public Governor and past Chairman of the Chicago Stock Exchange, a director and past Chairman of Northwestern Memorial Hospital and a life trustee of the Adler Planetarium, The Orchestral Association, and DePaul University. Mr. Fox has been a director of the Corporation since May 1987 and is a member of the Board's Compensation and Organization and Finance Committees. |
