Mr. Dube is a seasoned financial and operations executive with extensive experience in financial accounting and taxation, investment banking, corporate operations and strategic planning. His individual consulting assignments focus on troubled debt restructurings, loan workouts, bankruptcy strategies, creditor negotiations and issues affecting management governance during financial distress. Mr. Dube's career experiences span from public acounting, representing both publicly traded companies and privately held enterprises having domestic and international operations, to investment banking and corporate finance activities. His curent professional responsibilities include serving on the boards of Directors of three publicly traded companies.Mr. Dube is a permanent instructor with the Center for Professional Education, Inc., the largest provider of continuing education courses in the U.S. for certified public accountants and attorneys, and presently maintains a teaching schedule of approximately five to seven days per month, lecturing on a variety of financial accounting and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission accounting regulation courses.
