Dave Dorman is the former chairman and chief executive officer of AT&T Corp. (NYSE: T), which he led through a period of profound reinvention and transformation prior to completing the Company’s merger with SBC Communications in November 2005. Dorman was appointed as AT&T’s President in 2000 and Chairman and CEO in 2002. Dorman currently serves as a senior advisor to Warburg Pincus and is also on the boards of CVS Corporation (NYSE: CVS), Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT), YUM! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM), Georgia Tech Foundation, and Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta. |
