Mr. Lerner has served as President and Director since December 1997 and has been engaged in the formation and development of the Company since 1995. Mr. Lerner has 20 years experience in international and domestic manufacturing marketing sales and business development in Asia Europe South America and Mexico. He has successfully managed export financing activities including letter of credit and manufacturing arrangements. Mr. Lerner earned his B.A. in 1976 from Queens College of the City University of New York. |
