Mr. Hong joined the Firm in 2008 as an associate in the Business Department. He specializes in general business and corporate matters with an emphasis in representing investment funds and advisers, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2007, he served as a legal intern with Bank of America’s Global Wealth and Investment Management Group where he worked on various matters related to investment funds and advisers including drafting fund advisory agreements and subscription documents.
EDUCATION
Mr. Hong received his B.A. degree in Communications from the University of California at Davis in 2002. He received his J.D. and LL.M in Banking and Financial Law, from Boston University School of Law in 2006 and 2008, respectively. At Boston University, Mr. Hong was a member of the American Journal of Law and Medicine and served as an extern to the Honorable Joan A. Madden, New York State Supreme Court. |
