Mr. Cohen has been with the firm since 1996 and a partner since 2002. His practice consists of medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, personal injury defense and litigation. He received his law degree from Arizona State University College of Law in 1994 and his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Arizona in 1990. Mr. Cohen is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, Nevada, and the U.S. District Court, Districts of Arizona and Nevada.
