Mr. Boone, a Certified Public Accountant, joined ACS as Chief Financial Officer in June 2005. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Boone served as Senior Vice President of Finance for Belo Corporation, a NYSE-listed media company. From 2000 to 2001, he was Vice President of Corporate Development for Safeway Corporation in Pleasanton, Calif. Prior to joining Safeway Corporation, from 1999 to 2000, Mr. Boone served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Intira Corporation, which filed a petition in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Wilmington, Del., in August 2001, seeking bankruptcy protection under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the U.S. Code. In addition, Mr. Boone held several executive positions with Frito-Lay, Inc. between 1992 and 1999, including Finance Director/Chief Financial Officer Direct Division and Vice President/Business Development. Before joining Frito-Lay, Inc., Mr. Boone served as a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group from 1988 to 1990 and later joined Kraft General Foods in 1990 as Director of Sales Strategy and Finance. Mr. Boone received a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois (cum laude) and an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. |
