As chief financial officer, David Azzolina is responsible for MemberHealth's financial matters, including financial strategy, compliance, reporting and financial support of operations.
Previously, Mr. Azzolina served as corporate treasurer for Century Business Services, Inc. (CBIZ). Prior to joining CBIZ, he spent 13 years at NutriScience Technologies, Inc. (formerly Bioproducts, Inc.), managing a broad range of financial assignments, including strategic initiatives, financial planning and analysis, accounting, and cash management.
Mr. Azzolina's educational background includes a bachelor of science degree in accounting from The Ohio State University and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Akron. He is also a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Ohio. |
