David is a Vice President of the firm, and head of the FMCG Australian office. The Australian office serves clients in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
David has developed extensive experience leading large strategy engagements for major U.S. and international financial institutions. Recently, most of David’s work has been with large banking institutions in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
David has extensive line of business experience in most consumer segments. leading client engagements in Branch-banking, Deposits, Mortgage, Small Business/SME, Asset Finance, Insurance, and Call Center sales and servicing.
Functionally, David’s work has focused on developing or refining his client’s banking strategies, with recent work in overall retail/commercial strategy, value proposition design, de novo branch expansion, sales and retention improvement, performance measurement, incentive compensation, customer/product profitability, and cost management.
David has been a speaker at major conferences and has often been invited to lead strategy workshops for major U.S. and international bank management boards.
Prior to joining FMCG, David was a consultant in AT Kearney’s Financial Institution’s group, where he focused on cost management for large U.S. financial institutions.
David holds an HBA in Economics, graduating with honors and distinction from the University of Western Ontario. |
