R. David Yost joined the EDS Board of Directors on 19 October 2005. Yost has been a director and CEO of AmerisourceBergen Corporation since August 2001, and was president of AmerisourceBergen from August 2001 to October 2002. Before AmerisourceBergen, he served as chairman and CEO of AmeriSource Health Corporation from December 2000 to August 2001, and president and CEO of AmeriSource Health Corporation from May 1997 to December 2000.
