David Tomb is Senior Vice President Secretary/Treasurer and has been affiliated with First Commonwealth since assisting James Trimarchi (former Chairman of the board) in forming Conemaugh Valley bank (predecessor of First Commonwealth) 42 years ago. He has assisted in directing the company’s legal business structures which now provide the company with multi-state operational expansion opportunities. He became Secretary/Treasurer and an Executive Officer of First Commonwealth in 1983. He holds a BA Degree from Princeton University and a LLB Degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Tomb & Tomb law firm and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. |
