David R. Navarre is a Shareholder of the Firm's Corporate Practice Group in the Milwaukee office.
David's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions; leveraged recapitalizations and buyouts; venture capital and private equity portfolio company investments; corporate governance; business succession planning; and assisting in the organization, development and financing of start-up and development-stage companies. David has represented buyers, sellers and investors in a variety of business transactions both domestically and internationally over a broad range of industries and involving both publicly-held and private entities. David serves as outside general counsel to a number of companies and is a trusted advisor to many closely-held firms, including family businesses. David has broad experience in advising those clients with respect to complex legal and business matters, including those relating to banking relationships, customer and supplier relationships, manufacturing and distribution relationships and employee and ownership relationships. David also has significant experience counseling clients in the renewable fuels industry, including assisting those clients in structuring, negotiating and financing mergers and acquisitions, and advising them in connection with hedging, off-take and supply agreements.
