David is an Associate and serves as Corporate Counsel in our Denver headquarters. David is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado, and has the knowledge base required to deal with business and real property issues presented in bankruptcy. He supports the team in all facets of secure transactions, conducts and screens due diligence, and provides legal support for the company. Prior to joining GCP, David was a Research Assistant to Professor Leandra Lederman, the William W. Oliver Professor of Tax Law at Indiana University School of Law Bloomington. His professional memberships include the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association. David received a J.D. and a B.S. (Public Affairs) from Indiana University. |
