David N. Schram joined LeaRonal in 1973 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including research manager, corporate technical coordinator, and assistant vice president and director of Marketing. He was promoted to vice president of Sales and Marketing in 1994.
When LeaRonal became part of Shipley in 1999, Mr. Schram was named vice president of Global Sales for Shipley Ronal, and a year later became president of Shipley Ronal's Electronic and Industrial Finishing Division. In 2004, the company’s name was changed to Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials, and shortly thereafter, the business unit’s name was changed to Packaging and Finishing Technologies (PFT). Mr. Schram leads this business from PFT’s administration, manufacturing, and research facility in Freeport, New York.
He became a member of the Rohm and Haas Leadership Council in 2002, and was elected a Rohm and Haas Company vice president in 2006. Mr. Schram, who has co-authored numerous patents in electronic finishing, has over 30 years of experience in the electronics and surface finishing industry.
