Mr. Reed is a partner in the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College and law degree from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Reed's primary practice is commercial and industrial real estate. He has considerable experience representing commercial developers, property managers, real estate syndications and real estate brokers. Mr. Reed assists clients with real property acquisitions and development including entity structuring, financing review, zoning, land use, annexation and tax increment financing issues. He also represents the real estate ownership interests of nonprofit organizations. Mr. Reed's experience includes securing real property tax exemptions for hospitals and other nonprofit charitable uses. His leasing expertise includes representation of commercial landlords and tenants in multi-tenant industrial and office leases, build-to-suit arrangements, medical buildings and physician office space leases. Mr. Reed was recently named an Ohio Rising Star by Law & Politics magazine. He is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). |
