Recent Business Experience: David N. Farr was named CEO of Emerson in October 2000 and was elected to the additional position of Chairman of the Board in September 2004. He joined Emerson in 1981. Farr is a member of the Business Council and the Civic Progress Group of St. Louis, Missouri. He is also a member of the Webster University Board of Trustees and the Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis. Mr. Farr is Chairman of the Corporate Governance and Public Issues Committee of Delphi's Board of Directors.
