Mr. Catechi joined the Firm in 2005 as an associate in the Litigation Department.
EDUCATION
Mr. Catechi graduated with honors from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. He received his law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, David was a member of the Thurston Society and Order of the Coif; served as an extern to the Honorable Charles R. Breyer, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California; and was Senior Production Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. He was a recipient of the CALI award and Witkin award for excellence in both Federal Pretrial Litigation and Negotiation & Mediation.
