David Khani, managing director in the energy research group and chartered financial analyst, has more than 20 years of investment experience, including 13 years following various industries in the energy sector.
Prior to joining FBR, Mr. Khani covered 17 large-capitalization companies in the oil and gas sector at Bear Stearns and Prudential Securities. He followed 18 companies in the coal mining and local gas distribution industries during his tenure at Lehman Brothers.
Mr. Khani received his B.A. in biological sciences from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his M.B.A. in finance and corporate accounting from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester. He is a member of the Association for Investment and Management and Research (AIMR) and the Washington Society of Investment Analysts. |
