David M. Fink is the Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services responsible for the organization, development, alignment and leadership of the human resources and administrative services that support EADS North America’s growth and operational objectives.
He began his career holding various manufacturing, operations and human resources roles within private companies, and has held progressively-responsible human resources leadership roles with Fortune 500 and multi-national companies including Olin/Arch Chemicals Inc. and United Technologies’ Pratt & Whitney.
Prior to joining EADS North America, Fink was Director of Human Resources at Alcan Cable (Rio Tinto). In this capacity, he supported the North American business operations and the global growth strategy - including the successful development and organization of Alcan’s first wholly owned green field operation in Tianjin, China. In addition, he served as a member of the Alcan Engineered Products human resources council with his European colleagues that increased the utilization of human resources practices across business units.
Fink’s career accomplishments have focused on building organizational development strategies that influence the engagement and utilization of human capital, while producing business solutions that are aligned with operational excellence and growth. He brings a unique business and strategic viewpoint to the human resources function from his experiences and exposure within diverse industries and multi cultural environments.
Fink holds a bachelors degree in business management from Buena Vista University and is a certified professional in human resources. |
