David M. Feinberg was named Vice President and General Counsel of Allegheny Energy on October 18, 2006. Previously, he held the position of Deputy General Counsel, having joined the company in August, 2004.
Prior to joining Allegheny, Mr. Feinberg was a partner in the law firm of Jenner & Block in its Chicago office.
Mr. Feinberg received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and psychology, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
