David is Of Counsel in the Litigation and Construction/Surety Sections of Coats Rose. He joined the firm in 2007 and has over 30 years experience as a trial lawyer in business disputes. David also served as assistant attorney general for the State of Texas in the Anti-Trust Division of Attorney General John Hill’s Administration from 1977 to 1978.
