David L. Wills
Profile : David Wills is a partner and member of the Business Services and Capital Strategies Groups. Mr. Wills has extensive experience closing complicated multi-state and multi-national commercial transactions. He also assists clients with difficult negotiations, resolving complex issues and orchestrating cooperation among buyers, lenders and their respective advisors within short time frames. A graduate of Harvard University Law School, Mr. Wills has been a practicing attorney and a member of the firm since 1975, and became a partner in 1981. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations.
