David Stone has over 21 years of experience guiding public and private technology companies, using his financial and executive management experience to focus on the critical elements needed to build a successful company. He has mastered every level of financial management in his career.
Mr. Stone joined Noblemen Group after spending six years in executive management of Telenetics, a publicly traded manufacturer of wired and wireless data communication products, most recently as the company’s President and CEO.
The foundation for his success at Telenetics came from Mr. Stone’s achievements during his fifteen plus years in senior financial management positions at Tylan General Corporation. His tenure at Tylan includes helping to lead the privately held company through a series of transactions that included a successful take-private procedure involving an acquisition of a publicly traded company, restructuring the resultant private company, and then reemerging as a publicly traded company via an IPO. This also included a follow-on secondary offering. The various transactions resulted in a substantial upside for the shareholders when the company was acquired by a Fortune 500 company.
Mr. Stone is now utilizing this vast experience base to aid Noblemen Group’s clients as they move through the various stages of growth and development, including both private and public financial options. His experience and expertise is invaluable in assessing the multitude of choices facing companies in the finance and executive management arena.
David graduated summa cum laude from the University of New Hampshire, with a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance and minors in Economics and Philosophy.
Allocating most of his spare time to his wife and three kids, David still finds time for his other interests, including being an avid fan and still occasional participant in a variety of sports, which include golf, basketball and tennis. He also enjoys competitive card games; especially bridge and poker. |
